1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the fd99 platform and all of its services. When you create an account on fd99, access it, or use any of its services, you will be considered to have agreed to these Terms.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on fd99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support secure and familiar payment methods.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — this applies to all methods.
• Deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Transactions made through third parties may be cancelled.
• For bank transfers, Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• fd99 may request additional information to verify a withdrawal if needed.

4. Bonus & Promotion Conditions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; the bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• Claiming a bonus multiple times, or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, may result in account closure.
• fd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Withdrawal limits may apply to funds earned through bonuses.

5. VIP Program Terms

fd99's VIP Program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit on regular bets. Benefits increase as you move up to higher tiers.

• VIP tier assignment is entirely at fd99's own discretion.
• Cashback is granted on a weekly basis on all eligible bets.
• fd99 reserves the right to demote or cancel a tier if VIP benefits are misused.
• The terms of the VIP Program may change at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fd99 ensures a fair and impartial gaming environment across all games. All games available on the platform are supplied by accredited third-party game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to play games is prohibited.
